Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onion and bell pepper for 3 4 minutes until softened.
- Step 2:
- Add sausage and cook breaking it up until browned and cooked through about 5 6 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
