# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It's ready in 15 minutes but tastes like you've been thinking about it all day.
  • Everyone eats something different, so no one leaves hungry or bored.
  • The honey-cheese combination hits a flavor note that lingers in the best way.
02 -
  • Warm bread changes everything—it's the difference between a board and an experience, so don't skip that step.
  • The ratio of salty to sweet matters; taste as you go and adjust the honey if your olives are particularly briny or your cheese is mild.
03 -
  • Make this board no more than 20 minutes before serving so everything tastes fresh and the warm bread stays warm.
  • Use a wooden board with character; it photographs beautifully and the texture of wood against cheese feels right.
