# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
05 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - pinch of salt

→ Toppings

08 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
02 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow chia seeds and oats to absorb liquid and thicken.
03 - In the morning, stir the mixture thoroughly. If too thick, add a small amount of milk to achieve desired texture.
04 - Portion the oats evenly into two bowls or jars.
05 - Top each serving with fresh mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut as preferred.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to two days.
