03 - 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
04 - Juice of 1 lime (about 1 tablespoon)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

13 - Extra lime zest and chili flakes for garnish
# How to Make It:
01 - In a high-speed blender combine frozen mango chunks, banana, coconut or almond milk, lime juice, chili powder and honey or agave if using. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
02 - Divide the blended mixture evenly between two serving bowls, using a spatula to transfer and smooth the tops.
03 - Top each bowl with diced fresh mango, kiwi slices, granola, shredded coconut and chia seeds, arranging them neatly for visual contrast and textural balance.
04 - Garnish with fresh mint leaves, a light sprinkle of lime zest and a pinch of chili flakes to taste. Serve immediately to preserve texture and freshness.
