17 - 1/2 cup water
18 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
# How to Make It:
01 - In a large pitcher, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved.
02 - Pour in the cold water and mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.
03 - For each fruit syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the fruit, sugar, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Gently mash the fruit to release flavors.
04 - Pass each syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar or bottle, discarding solids. Allow syrups to cool completely.
05 - In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar for the mint syrup. Simmer while stirring until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat. Add mint leaves and steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a jar and cool.
06 - Arrange the prepared lemonade in a large dispenser. Place cooled syrups in labeled bottles. Provide garnishes like lemon slices and mint sprigs, along with ice and drinking glasses.
07 - Fill each glass with lemonade and ice. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of desired syrup per serving. Finish with selected garnishes.
