# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place the pitted and halved dates cut side up in a single layer on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping to form a solid base shape.
03 - Spread the natural creamy peanut butter evenly over the dates, filling the cavities generously.
04 - Using a microwave or double boiler, melt the chopped chocolate together with coconut oil if desired, stirring until smooth.
05 - Pour or drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer, covering completely.
06 - Immediately sprinkle the coarsely chopped roasted peanuts and flaky sea salt over the melted chocolate.
07 - Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour until the bark is firm and fully set.
08 - Once frozen, cut the bark into pieces with a sharp knife and serve chilled for optimal texture.
